Its objective is to facilitate the achievement of targets for waste reduction at landfills, providing concrete, practical solutions in this respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-1, #007f5f);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">To whom is the Guideline addressed?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Guideline is useful both for the <strong>general public<\/strong> wishing to compost at home and for <strong>local authorities<\/strong> (ATUs, IDAs, CCs) intending to implement and monitor composting activities at the community level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-1, #007f5f);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">What you will find in the Guideline?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Manual on household composting<\/strong>: Preparatory stages, minimal conditions and parameters for process monitoring (temperature, humidity, oxygenation).
